About MethodAtlas
What this is
MethodAtlas is a free reference for choosing and understanding experimental methods. Each entry explains what a method measures, how it works in principle, what it can and cannot tell you, and how it compares with the alternatives.
It covers methods, concepts, common problems, head-to-head comparisons, and guides, and includes a Binding-Method Finder that helps narrow the choice between SPR, BLI, ITC, and MST.
Who writes it
MethodAtlas is written and maintained by the MethodAtlas Editors, a single editorial team that publishes under one consistent identity. Every card is reviewed by a person before it is marked as reviewed. How cards are researched, sourced, and corrected is described on the Methodology page.
What it is not
MethodAtlas explains principles, not protocols. It does not give step-by-step procedures, instrument settings, or safety instructions. See the Disclaimer for details.
